Senior product leadership, embedded in days — not quarters.

Every engagement runs on the ORBIT Method — five stages, from embedding to a planned handoff.

01Who it is for

Three teams we work with

Fractional product management fits when the product decisions are real but a full-time senior PM is unaffordable, unavailable, or months away.

A-01

Founders without a product org

You are the product manager by default, and it is costing you engineering time. We take over discovery, prioritisation, and the backlog so you can stay on customers, fundraising, and revenue.

Your roadmap lives in your head and three Slack threads.

A-02

Scale-ups needing interim leadership

Your head of product left, is on leave, or the hire is six months out. We hold the roadmap, run the rituals, and keep delivery predictable until the permanent leader is in the seat.

Engineering is shipping, but nobody can say what it added up to.

A-03

Enterprises setting up a PM office

You are moving from project delivery to a product operating model. We define the intake, prioritisation, and metrics framework, coach your internal PMs, and hand over documented ways of working.

Every team has its own template and none of them agree.

03The method

Five stages, the same sequence whether you buy a two-week audit or an ongoing fractional CPO. Only the depth of each stage changes.

05Questions

Asked on almost every call

What is a fractional product manager?

A fractional product manager is a senior PM who works with your company part-time, usually 10 to 15 hours a week, on a monthly agreement. They own discovery, the backlog, and specs the way an employee would, but you pay only for the hours you need and can change or end the arrangement with 30 days notice.

What is a fractional CPO?

A fractional Chief Product Officer provides product leadership at the executive level, part-time. The scope is strategy, portfolio prioritisation, the product operating model, and building the product team, rather than day-to-day backlog work. It suits companies with two or more product teams and no product executive in place.

What does it cost?

We do not publish rates, because every engagement is scoped to your product, weekly hours, and time zone coverage. What we will commit to in writing is the shape: a fractional PM typically costs 50 to 70 percent less than a full-time senior hire. Message us on WhatsApp and you get an exact figure in a written proposal before anything starts.

How is this different from a consultant or an interim PM?

A consultant advises and leaves a document. An interim PM is a full-time temporary employee, usually covering a fixed gap. A fractional PM is part-time but ongoing: they hold the backlog, sit in your standups, and are accountable for shipped outcomes rather than recommendations.

How many hours a week do you work with us?

Fractional PM engagements run 10 to 15 hours a week, spread across two or three fixed days so your team knows when to expect a response. CPO engagements are scoped to a leadership rhythm rather than an hour count. You can move up or down a band at any monthly renewal.
